Please note that appointments must be made by phone and can not be made or re-scheduled by e-mail, Text or FAX.

Checking for Appointment Availability On-line

You can check appointment availability here, or by clicking the "i" symbol in the top right hand corner of every page of this site.

This is a new facility and is live. The idea is that it gives you a chance to choose a few different options before calling. To make this work, the data displayed is continually updated as appointments are booked at the office so please remember to refresh your web browser for up-to-date accurate information on which appointments are available. Please note, this system will not show an appointment you have already made, as the data protection act forbids the publishing of personal information in this way.

A few moments after you have booked your appointment by phone, the appointment will disappear from the web site.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

When making and keeping appointments, please keep in mind that a “time slot” is kept specifically for you which may be anything in length between 30 to 60 minutes. Your appointment cannot be released to anyone else unless you tell us in good time, that you don’t need it anymore, so please, if you no longer need to see a therapist, let us know in good time - at least 24 hours notice is the minimum time we consider viable.

You can of course leave an answerphone message at ANY time if you cannot get through - even at the weekend.

Attending Appointments

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving too early may disturb other clients. Thank you for your consideration.

Please do not use alcohol or drugs (other than your normal prescription drugs) for at least 24 hours before a session. Exceptions; tea, coffee, guarana & nicotine: use your common sense here. Please ensure you are well hydrated!

NOTE

If needed, we are very happy to reschedule appointments with adequate notice (24 hrs).

No reasons need be given and in this instance, we would prefer that you just let us know if you no longer need the appointment. This allows the appointment to be freed up for others.
