Calls & Visits
Not everyone is mobile. If you live approximately within
a 10 mile radius of Loughborough and find it difficult to travel, for whatever
reason, you may be able to
receive treatment by a housecall or visit. Please call 0845 222 0280 for details.
Housecalls are available on most Wednesdays.
- Housecalls attract a slight surcharge depending on distance, unless
the call is to a Loughborough address (LE11 only) in which case there is NO
ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
- Certain factors determine the eligibility of clients for housecalls and
some clients may not be eligible for this additional service.
- For disabled clients who require a housecall by virtue of their disability,
there is no surcharge irrespective of distance within the 10 mile radius.
