Your therapist does guarantee, however, to apply their training, expertise and experience to your issues with the aim of obtaining a successful outcome in a reasonable time. ConfidentialityYour therapist will never divulge any personal information to any third party
by any means. Neither will your therapist acknowledge that you are even attending

All options: At least 5 working days before your appointment. Appointments may be cancelled or postponed without charge providing at least 24 hours notice is given by telephone. A voice message is acceptable at any time if you are unable to reach your therapist directly. Text or e-mail is unacceptable. ClosureA client may discontinue therapy at any time for any reason without disclosure, providing other terms and conditions are met; see “Appointments”. The client’s outstanding balance will be returned immediately by mutually agreed means. Concurrent TherapyIt is clinically unwise to obtain similar therapies from two sources simultaneously. Ideally, you should refrain from any other therapy, also likely to alter your beliefs or emotional responses or general emotional state whilst you are undergoing therapy. The exception is pharmaceutical intervention by your GP. |
