Hi John, Before I met you I believed life was no longer worth the bother, I could no longer see the point in life nor could I see all the amazing little things it had to offer. I was in a dark place and I felt as if nothing could make me happy again... You did!!!

I can't thank you enough for all the help you gave me, you made me realise with simple but effective techniques that I could be happy again and my life was valuable, I am no longer afraid of my future or my past for that matter.
